Eligibility For Exchange

If your are not happy with our product we can offer you a 3 days exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector, items sold in sales & offers.

  • Exchange should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Email us at support@.com
  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.

We offer 3 Days refund via Store Credits on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector and all items sold in sales & offers.

  • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
  • The product should not be used.
  • The protective film should not be removed.
  • Order ID & Invoice should be available.
  • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
  • Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
  • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
